    1. Home Loans

    • Loan amounts up to INR 25?lakh for salaried or self-employed categories, and up to 25?lakh under an “Assessed Income” programme that helps those with informal income documentation.
    • Tenures ranging from 10 to 20 years (monthly and yearly repayment options) .
    • Loan-to-value (LTV) ratios between 50% and 90%, depending on the borrower’s profile.
    • Interest rates from 9% to 17%, with a weighted average around 12.6%–13.2% in FY25.
    • Facilities include Balance Transfer (to reduce EMI) and Top-up loans.
    • Special programmes for borrowers without formal income evidence, using field income assessments.

    2. Home Improvement Loans

    These loans assist in funding repairs, renovations, or upgrades of existing homes. They are part of Nido’s standard home loan offering and follow similar eligibility, tenure, and interest criteria.

    3. Plot + Self?Construction Loans

    Borrowers can finance the purchase of land and construction via a combined loan product. Eligibility is evaluated based on project viability and repayment capacity, with loan terms aligning with home loan structures.

    4. Loans against Property (LAP)

    Nido enables individuals and businesses to leverage residential or commercial property for funds. Loan amounts are based on up to 70% of the property's market value.

    • Interest rates generally range from 9.25% to 17%

    5. Construction Finance

    Aimed at real estate developers, this product installs funding for project construction. It offers structured loans for residential builds, backed by the collateral of the property under development.

    6. Balance Transfer and Top-Up Facility

    Borrowers can transfer their existing home or LAP accounts from other lenders to Nido to benefit from reduced interest costs and flexible terms. Eligible customers may also apply for extra funds on their current loan.
