What is the New Bond in GIBF?
During the festival, a new bond gets launched everyday at additonal returns. The additional returns are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What time does the New Bond go live every day?
10:00 AM IST, every day of the festival.
How many New Bonds will be available during GIBF?
A total of fourteen new bonds will be available during GIBF, one drop of each day starting 10:00 AM on 18th August and the last drop at 10:00 AM on the 31st of August.
What happens if I miss investing?
The bond will still be available but at its standard IRR after 6pm without additional returns. You can invest at any point in the deal subject to inventory.
Is the New Bond available to both new and existing Grip users?
Yes, to anyone with a Grip account and completed KYC.
Do I need to register separately to participate in the New Bond?
No. If you have a Grip account, you're already eligible.
Can I invest in a previous New Bond?
Yes. If a previous New Bond has not been fully subscribed, you can still invest in it. However, if the bond was fully subscribed, it will no longer be available for investment.
What is the GIBF 2026 Certificate?
The GIBF 2026 Certificate is a digital certificate recognising your participation in the Great Indian Bond Festival 2026. Every investor with at least one successful investment during the festival is eligible to receive one.
Can I share my certificate on WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes. You can share your certificate directly to WhatsApp or Instagram, or download it and share it through any platform you prefer.
What is Bond IQ?
Bond IQ is a 14-day investor education challenge hosted during GIBF. A new question is published every day and remains available for 24 hours.
Can I change my answer after submitting?
No. Once you submit your answer, it cannot be changed.
Can I attempt the same day's question more than once?
No. Each day's question allows one graded attempt. You can start the quiz anytime before 11:59 PM, and once you open it, you'll have 60 seconds to submit your answer.
Do I need to complete all 14 questions to participate?
No. You're welcome to participate on any day and answer as many questions as you'd like.
Are there any monetary rewards for Bond IQ?
No. Bond IQ is an educational initiative and does not offer any cash rewards, prizes, or investment benefits.

What happens if I miss a day's question?
You can still view previous Bond IQ questions along with their correct answers and explanations throughout the festival. However, missed questions cannot be attempted for a score later and will not count towards earning the recognition certificate.
How does the GIBF referral programme work?
Share your unique referral link with friends who are new to Grip. When they sign up using your link, complete their KYC, and make their first eligible bond investment, you'll receive the standard Grip referral reward, subject to the referral programme terms and conditions. If three successful referrals happen within the duration of the campaign, the user gets to be a part of Insider Club.
Where do I find my referral link?
You can access your referral link from:
- the Refer button on the GIBF microsite,
- the Refer & Earn section in the Grip app, and
- your investment success screen after completing an eligible investment.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when the person you refer:
- Signs up on Grip using your referral link,
- Completes their KYC, and
- Makes their first eligible bond investment within 30 days of clicking your referral link.
Only new Grip users are eligible for the referral programme.
What happens to my bonds after GIBF ends on 31 August?
Your bonds continue exactly as they would with any investment made on Grip. They remain in your portfolio, pay interest as per their scheduled payout dates, and continue until maturity (unless sold earlier, where applicable). GIBF is a festival through which you discovered and invested in these bonds—it does not change the nature of your investment.
