Currently, Grip's primary support channel is email at support@gripinvest.in. For account-specific issues, email ensures a secure, documented resolution process.

For the fastest resolution: your registered email/mobile number, a clear description of the issue, the deal name or investment ISIN  (if relevant), and any screenshots that help explain the problem.

Most queries are resolved within 24–48  business hours. Complex issues (like KYC verification or transaction disputes) may take longer — our team will keep you updated on the status.

Don't worry — payments and settlements may take up to 1 working day to reflect. If your investment still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, email support@gripinvest.in with your payment details (UTR number, amount, date) and we'll investigate immediately.

KYC issues are usually caused by document mismatches, blurry images, or OTP failures. Try completing the step again from the app. If the issue persists, email support@gripinvest.in and our team will guide you through manual verification.

Payouts are typically processed by issuers on the scheduled date. If you haven't received a payout within 2 business days of the expected date, email support@gripinvest.in with the investment name and payout date — we'll follow up with the issuer on your behalf.

If your issue isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it. As a SEBI-registered entity, Grip follows SEBI's investor grievance redressal framework. You may also raise a complaint on SEBI SCORES (scores.gov.in) if needed.

Go to Portfolio > Statements in the Grip app to download your transaction history, investment summaries, and TDS certificates (Form 16A).

You can update your details from the Profile section in the app. For changes that require verification (e.g., bank account updates), email support@gripinvest.in and our team will guide you securely.

To request account closure, email support@gripinvest.in with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Please note that all active investments must be matured or exited before an account can be closed.

Grip will never ask for your password, OTP, or bank credentials via email, WhatsApp, or phone. If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond or share any details. Report it immediately to support@gripinvest.in so we can investigate.
