Grip is a SEBI-registered online bond platform — your one-stop destination for fixed-income investing. Invest in credit-rated corporate bonds, securitised debt instruments (SDIs), Debt Mutual Funds and corporate fixed deposits. Start with as little as INR 1,000 and earn fixed returns of up to 12.5% p.a.

Grip makes fixed-income investing simple. Browse curated investment opportunities, invest securely through NSE-linked exchange mechanisms, and track all your holdings in one place via your Grip demat account — end to end, on one platform.

Grip offers three asset classes: Corporate Bonds — listed, credit-rated debt from established companies. Securitised Debt Instruments (LoanX and InvoiceX) — asset-backed instruments offering diversified exposure. Corporate Fixed Deposits — higher-yield FDs from rated corporates.

Returns are not guaranteed. Grip displays SEBI/RBI-regulated investment opportunities, but returns depend on the issuer and are subject to credit and market risks. We recommend reading all investment documents before investing.

No hidden fees, ever. Applicable TDS deductions are disclosed upfront. What you see is what you get — complete transparency, always.

Yes, a demat account is required. You can open your Grip demat account quickly during onboarding — it takes just a few minutes, and you'll be ready to invest right away.

Investments are issued by corporates and NBFCs, and SEBI-regulated Trusts, in case of SDIs (called issuers). Grip is the platform that curates and provides access to these opportunities — not the issuer. Your returns depend on the issuer, not Grip.

The issuing company (NBFC or corporate) deploys the funds and ensures timely payouts. SEBI-registered trustees independently oversee the investment structure to safeguard your interests. Grip facilitates your access to these regulated opportunities.

No. Your funds are transferred directly to NSE's exchange-linked clearing mechanisms — not to Grip. This ensures maximum security and full transparency at every step.

Every opportunity on Grip goes through a structured process: Investment grade, rating and listing status, any negative media news, whether the security is allowed to be distributed under SEBI regulations, credit checks, financial due diligence, and risk assessment — before it's ever listed. We strongly encourage investors to read all investment-related documents carefully before committing funds.
