Oxyzo is functioning as a private entity and does not have any stand alone IPOs in sight. However, Oxyzo’s parent company OfBusiness was planning an IPO in late 2025, and it has been inexplicably pushed back, with no DRHP filed and no official statement from OfBusiness.
