    How To Temporarily Enable Pop-ups In Your Web Browser

    In this blog, we shall learn how to enable pop-ups for notifications in your web browser so that you can seamlessly complete your Grip Invest KYC process. Sometimes, these pop-ups are essential for the proper functioning of a website. Almost all browsers disable these pop-ups. However, with a few clicks, you can enable them. In case you have installed a third-party pop-up blocker then you will be required to remove the app first.

    Enabling Pop-Up For Google Chrome Desktop

    Step 1: Open Google Chrome on your desktop

    Step 2: Click on the menu options (the three vertical dots at the top right corner)

    Step 3: Click on “Settings” on the menu options 

    Step 4: On the left side, click on the third option - “Privacy and security”

    Step 5: Check the bottom and click on “Site settings”

    Step 6: Scroll down and go to “Pop-ups and redirects”

    Step 7: Make sure that the button for “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects” is selected.

    If you want a specific website only to send pop-ups, you can also go down and click on the “Add” button next to “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects” to add that particular website. Enter the website address and click add.

    Enabling Pop-Up For Google Chrome on iPhone

    Step 1: Open Google Chrome on your iPhone
    Step 2: Click on the three horizontal dots in the bottom right corner, and a menu will appear

    Step 3: Click on “Settings”, it will appear once you scroll right

    Step 4: Scroll down and click on “Content settings”

    Step 5: In the next window “Block Pop-ups” will appear. If the option is set to “Off”, it means pop-ups are not blocked. If it is “On” then click on it and proceed further

    Step 6: In the next window, make sure that “Block Pop-ups” is switched off. The button should appear in grey colour.

    Enabling Pop-Up For Google Chrome on Android

    Step 1: Open Google Chrome on your Android device
    Step 2: Click on three vertical dots in the top right corner, and a menu will appear

    Step 3: Click on “Settings” the second last option in the menu

    Step 4: Scroll down and go to “Site settings”

    Step 5: Scroll down and in the content section you will see “Pop-ups and redirects”. If it is Blocked - click on it and continue 

    Step 6: You will get a switch next to “Pop-ups and redirects”, make sure that this is switched ON. It will turn into a blue colour 

    Enabling Pop-Up For Firefox Desktop

    Step 1: Open Firefox on your desktop

    Step 2: Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner

    Step 3: Check the “Settings” option in the menu and click on Settings

    Step 4: In the next window check for “Privacy and security” on the left side and click 

    Step 5: Scroll down and you will see a “Permissions” section, in this section, there is an option for “Block pop-up windows”.

    Step 6: Make sure that this option of “Block pop-up windows” is unchecked

    Enabling Pop-Up For Firefox iPhone

    Step 1: Open Firefox on your iPhone

    Step 2: Tab on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right

    Step 3: In the next menu click on “Settings” 

    Step 4: Scroll down and you will see the “Block Pop-up Windows” option

    Step 5: Toggle the switch to the left side, it will change the colour to grey

    Enabling Pop-Up For Microsoft Edge on Desktop

    Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge on your desktop

    Step 2: Click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, and a menu will appear

    Step 3: Click on “Settings”, it will appear down in the list

    Step 4: In the next window, on the left side, click on “Cookies and site permissions”

    Step 5: A new window will appear, scroll down and click on “Pop-ups and redirects”

    Step 6: Make sure that the blue button next to “Blocked (Recommended)’ is set to OFF, i.e. toggled to the left side, it will turn into a white/grey colour
